i had recurrent uti/ureththral discharge and after the treatment my scrotums started aching.what should i do?

i first had uretharal discharge then i was treated shortly afterwards my scrotums started aching.i was preescribed with ciproflacaxin which helped alot after the dossage,but now the pain is comming back.what do i do?and what effect does it have on me?whats my problem?
