How to maintain build?

I have been lifting weights and running to stay in shape. I have a high metabolism, but I found that eating 6 or more times a day allows me to gain the muscle mass I wanted and staying 'thick and defined' instead of skinny and tone. I am going to stay with relatives for a month in australia. The problem is, they are all vegetarian. They don't even consume animal products! They aren't hippies or anything, they are cool with killing animals, but they would not be ok with me eating it around them and I feel it would be impolite. I will lose the mass i gained fairly quickly if my diet changed to something so light. What are some foods I can take to keep my wieght up? Is there some supplement I can bring that would keep it?

Eat protein shakes, peanuts, wheat bread, oat meal, and dairy products if you can. It's also a good idea to take a multi-vitamin, so your body doesn't deplete itself of any nutrients. Carbs are important for your diet. A 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein is recommended to to maintain or build muscle mass.
