Whether By doing Masturbation daily once,gonna effect my upcoming childrens when i get married?

Forget about what you hear - masturbation as long as it is not excessive is not harmful. Once a day is not excessive. Give your self a break every now and then though because the total recovery process usually takes 3 days (sperm regeneration)

BUT it has an effect on your sexual performance. Masturbation makes the nerve endings less sensitive. In other words it prolongs the sexual encounter - considered positive by most people but it is really a person opinion and can only be formed once you are sexually active.
