go to the doctor.. when i was young i had a long term infection set up in my lungs that drained all my energy.. i just laid around all day.. several trips to the doctor didn't detect it.. eventually the infection became large enough that it could actually be seen on an x-ray and that's when they changed my prescriptions and got me on the right track.. that's just one thing it "might" be... I'm sure there is a lot more.
