i remember my first time, dont remember how old i was but for me it felt like my nuts were squeezed.
It is pretty normal for the first or, sometimes even the second male orgasm to be a bit painful. It is an intense contraction of muscles, and about 15- 20% of guys experience discomfort in the beginning.

Well, it's difficult to say. You really ought to mention where it hurt (was your skin hurting? or was it a deep internal pain? etc...). It really shouldn't have hurt that much. A bit of pain, as mentioned earlier, happens in some people because muscles which you really haven't contracted before have suddenly (and forcefully) contracted, especially if you ejaculated. However, that pain should be temporary. Skin on your penis may hurt because you have been using too harsh a grip (assuming you're masturbating), no lubricant (if you're circumcised) or just because it chaffes easily. Your testicles may be hurting if you ejaculated because of a prior build up of unreleased sperm.

I'd personally give it a day or so. If it continues hurting I would strongly recommend you see a doctor. As embarrasing as it may seem, you have no reason to fear; doctors deal with this stuff all the time, and keep your information and concerns confidential.

Also, as far as I know (ladies, you can correct me on this if I'm wrong) a girl's first orgasm doesn't hurt; rather, it's the breaking of the hymen during her first intercourse experience that is painful (and bleeds).
