LOOsinG weight competition????


Issue
me and my friend are in a loosing weight competition.but iam wondering whose strategy is better .I eat at 12 pm and 7 pm small meals and exercise 3 to 4 times a week hes exercise 4to5 times a week but he eat at way diffrent times sometimes hell eat at 11 am then not eat till 9 pm sometimes hell eat like at2 pm then at 8 .soo who is most likely to loose weight faster

It is nearly impossible to compare unless you are eating the same things and doing the same amount of exercise. However, I have always heard it suggested by nutritionists that eating regular small meals is better for your metabolism than eating random meals. You are also less likely to get overly hungry and "cheat" on your diet.
