mornig:a bowl of special k and low fat-milk
nurtrion(i hav scol):a bottle of water or gatorade
lunch:a battle of water and special k snack
afterscool: abottle of water and i walk home
late afternoon:half of wat my mom makes i have to add a little bit of fat
nite:a bowl of special k and low-fat milk
and im ma add an hour of exersice and im ma aviod junk food and fast food
does it sound bad or good?im trying 2lose weight the safe way and i heard special k really works i dont really no im juzt 14
give me some opionons or comment 2help me i juzt want 2go bac to a size 32 igained alot i went from a size 32 to a size 38!that fast

It sounds alright- but, you should add some fruits and more veggies along with the water you're drinking - and you may also want to consider a vitamin that is geared toward providing you with the nutrients and stuff that you need while you're dieting. (I think one a day makes a weight loss type of vitamin now). Since you are only 14- you should think about talking to the school nurse about a healthy nutrition menu. Special K is pretty healthy. It is a good start. Still, there are many things that you won't get from Special K. Cereal, while still pretty healthy, is mostly carbohydrate. You can still do that one or two meals, but for at least one meal, aim for proteins and fruits and vegetables. Also, try using carrots or celery or any other vegetabes you like for snacks after school. Good luck!!! 鈾?
