I'm 13 and i smoke, How do i quit? |
Issue How come when-ever i have a cig. it makes me dizzy.I want to quit so bad cause it is so bad for me. But its hard, as u know its addictive.I cant go 4 hours with-out a cig.I could go crazy.Someone please tell me how to over-come this BAD habit?Please Best Tip The dizziness is excactly why I kept smoking, and I later came to find, that the dizziness is a result of brain cells dying from the smoke inhalation. Because of the depletion, dizziness occurs. basically. As for quiting. First the desire is paramount, then seek out cessatation classes for support from others who are trying to quit. the local hospital might know where they are held. There are over 5,0000 unhealthy chemicals, use to produce tabacco. may you be succesful. Others Just make up your mind and stop smoking its too late for you... I remember the days when my teachers would let me puff in the teacher lounge.... put down cigarettes now before it's too late later on. Chew gum, or try the nicotine patches if you have to, but break the habit. At 13, it's very easy. Stop buying them and utilize the built in mechanism of will power. if its making you dizy when your having one, your not addicted, stop fooling yourself, or maybe your smoking smokes that are to strong for you, if you want to quit slownly back down, Good luck, ps how do you get them if your only 13 Good for you for wanting to quite. It has to be a choice and then stick to it. When you have cravings, do something to distract yourself. Try not to be around smokers. The sooner you stop, the easier it will be. God bless |
