how to control anger those who r front of computer always? |
Issue controling anger Best Tip Yoga is the panacea for all ills. Please do learn yoga from a reputed yoga school, that does not yoga, as a form of physical exercises but as a way of life. I prescribe yoga as a way of life. You need to practise yoga, pranayama, meditation and prayer. Wake up early in the morning and start doing it. Breath awareness will calm you down. Anger is an expression of your frustration with men and matters around you. You learn to accept life as it come, without becoming judgemental. God is the creator. He must have a plan for every thing. Why should you break your head over things over which you have no control? Others stress relieving sponge/rubber balls would do considereble help! on your desk ,arrange things that will give you pleasent feeling.Like fesh flowers, toys, photographs etc one should be conscious of the effects it leads to. make yoUrself pleasant when u r before it. arrange some pleasant things which r ur favourite. aerobic exercising after finishing the session in front of computer,then praying or miditation techniques have soft music around u or by earphones this will keep your anger distracted.and remember happy mood increases the power to work more. so instead of anger be happy first of all anlysis their reasons, & donot show your anger to them, divert your attention to some good things. Do u smoke ?? That is wat triggers Anger and Irritation - and its nothing to do with computers puh-lease. I too work b4 computer 10 hrs. a day. I don't get Anger-pangs. N I tell u its all in the nature. U can enjoy ur life - be optimistic n avoid anger in a healthy natural way. |
