Issue

later were treated and helped to be able to produce any for their wife to be pregnant ..

Best Tip
I don't think it's possible to have 0 sperm count. Your sperm can become sterile and not worth anything, but sperm is made by your body daily. But if a doctor told you that you had 0 left you prolly won't be able to empregnate a woman.

"Hi M, No it is not possible to completely run out of sperm. Sperm is actually made up of several chemicals from other parts of the body that are always available. Once you ejaculate, your body starts to reproduce the sperm almost instantly afterwards.

So yes, sperm is constantly being made. You can see proof of it because if you don't masturbate for a long time, the number of sperm in the scrotum will build up. Some may break up, others will dribble out and wash away when a guy goes to the bathroom." http://www.teenadviceonline.org/archive/... Source(s): http://www.teenadviceonline.org/archive/...

While it is possible to literally have a 0 sperm count, it is still possible that you do have a few lucky sperm in there. The 0 sperm count is decided from a sample. I don't know what treatment you are referring to, but a fertility specialist would better be able to determine your chances as it is all individual.

Semen is constantly produced, which is different from sperm.
i think 0 sperm count on males dont exist
