Okay so if you find it painful, adjust yourself pull your foreskin back into position; or if you prefer to leave it exposed rub a little vaseline over the head.
Could be neuropathy. If you suffer from herpes zosters or have in the past, this is a very common side effect. Some Ibuprofen may relieve this.
