guy bodybuilders please answer?

okay well im really exicited i have been working out off and on for 2 years and i would get frustrated and stop but wednesday i lifted 120 about 100 times and i did squats and stuff so i rested for a day i had a problem with my muscles being tall and skiny now there ball shaped i am so exicited so my question is how long do you rest between arm workouts i look like arnold when he was 17

if your talking sets then ill do arms then go work something else like tri's or shoulders then come back to arms, ive waited as long as 10 min. and short as 2 min. If your talking resting your muscles then you know not to work out arms every day right? Day on day off, etc.... Dont ever work the same muscles every day, they need rest!!
