how can i decrease my stomach size i dont want to do any exerecise please if there is any medicine to solve.? |
Issue hi sir, im 29 year male i have problem with my stomach its very big how can i decrease this size with out exercise can u advise me Best Tip Stop eating so much. Others Please.. DO NOT rely on medicines to reduce the size.. I am hoping that you are NOT eating greasy McDonald's hamburges, etc.. French Fries.. etc.. ceasing that would help a lot.. HOWEVER.. I am a very very very firm believer in exercise.. You MUST do crunches in order to get that stomach size down.. WOW.. at only 29 years old and a big stomach.. If you do not attack the problem NOW.. imagine what you would look like at 40... then 50.. someone else would have to tie your shoes Die. Your stomach will eventually degrade into nothing. That's just about the only way it's going to happen short of starving yourself, which will kill you sooner or later anyway. Get off your lazy butt and exercise, it's your only hope of avoiding death at age 40. There is no substitute for excises and healthy eating. If your not willing to put in the effort to be healthy get use to looking at your fat stomach for the rest of your life. If you will cut out all carbs and all sugars, you will lose that stomach without exercise. It works, and it works well, but you have to stay disiplined about it. Yes, it is very simple!
