but if you want to define then it usually takes a hardcore abdominal regimine, and then still alot of people still cannot get them defined. It depends on your body type and if you are willing to work at it.
The best way is with weights. Go to a gym and have them work out a routine for you. Weights can hurt so get to right help. good luck
