Do vitamins cause pain? |
Issue I recently switched to a well-known vitamin. It's only been 4 days. I've experienced wrist, ankle, back, ear, shoulder, knee and foot pain. Is this due to the vitamins? Has anyone else experienced this too? I really think this is somehow related to the new vitamins. Note, I used to take this brand of vitamin before, and experienced the same pain, and also increased hair growth speed. I need to shave almost twice per day. Best Tip Because the effects of the vitamin's are short lived, and most are acidic in nature. They will thin your blood much like asprin does and the pain comes back when the effects wear off and the blood thickens back up. This is usually felt in the extremities first or where ever the smallest capillaries are, thinning your blood only helps you if your blood is thick already and you can't work out to make your heart stronger and blood vessels bigger to take the pressure off your heart. (Things that will help)- Stick to filtered tap water and 9 veggies a day and a balanced diet and this will keep you hydrated and make the pain go away faster. This can also be worsened by dehydration so stay hydrated, I recomend filtered tap water because just about everything else has an acidic Ph and your body has to give up its own minerals to balence out the Ph, this can't be good for you long term. I believe this happens to people all the time but most don't make the connection, because what do most people take when they have pain? Asprin, which thins the blood back up and you can guess pretty easy where this will lead. Balence your Ph with your diet, I assume because your having withdraw pain, you are dehydrated or taking to many vitamines or both. Think of it this way, what would happen to a rose bush if I put to much fertilizer on it?( it would burn up and die) and now think how much faster this would happen if I reduced how much water I was giving it. Same thing in the body, the water helps dilute the acid in the vitamines, and the exercise helps take care of any excess by spedding up the metabolism. If your working out everyday and staying hydrated with your diet, low dose vitamines shouldn't be a problem. I hope this info helps. Source(s): I had this happen to me twice also. Others there is definately something in the vitamin you want to avoid. It could be the filler material. Dump it. I dont like to take alot of that herbal supplement stuff or alot of vitamins because right on the packaging it says not approved by the fda so who knows what side effects it could cause they tell us women when were pregnant not to take any of that junk because they just dont know. SO I think yes it could be from the vitamins. To my knowledge there's no relationship between vitamins and pain or vitamins and superfast hair growth. Perhaps you are having a reaction to the filler material. However, no matter whether or not your pain is psychosomatic, I would suggest you change brands permanently. I'm a nurse. the vitamins may cause a prob if they r synthetic or contaminated try a herbal liver detox or 2 teaspoons of epsoms salts in a glass of warm lemon water to b safe take natural vitamins and minerals such as bee pollen and organic honey, multivital herbal formula, kelp -seaweed or the tablets or colloidal minerals increased hair may indicate u need a kidney detox, avoid sodas n meat get allergy n chemical testing |
