I've had a couple buddies take NO2 and they got good results.

i don't think they show up on a drug test but I'm not for sure.

NO2 increases blood flow to your muscles so you can train harder. it's a waste of money i think.

i never took any supplements all i did was work out on a schedule and eat right and i got amazing results. and was the most fit on my entire weight lifting team. and one of the strongest. but you can do what you want brotha.

I'm old fashion so i like to go about things the not so expensive high tech way.

...if your talking about NO2 the weight lifting supplement that is.

NO2 is Nitric Oxide. It used by body builders to increase the amount of blood flow to there muscles. I used it and didn't notice any changes in my workouts. It is expensive and in my opinion is not worth it.
Go to GNC or any muscle fitness store if you want to know more about it.
