What's a good way for working out your chest? |
Issue Anybody know any creative ways of working the chest area without a bench? I have two dumbells. I hear pushups are great, any other suggestions? Thank you in advance and greetings! =) Best Tip Yarr, without any other equipment, doing dumbbell pushups is good. the key will be variety - do some fast, some really slow, and some hold them in place halfway down until you fall. Always try to do repetition until muscle failure. Also you can vary the position of your arms, from beyond shoulder width, to shoulder width, to 'diamond' pushups with your hands almost touching under your chest. Watch your form and don't cheat, you don't want to strain your spine! Others pushups and benchpress...old school.... |
