erection without sexual arousal?

why do i get erections out of nowhere when i am not even remotely sexually aroused? i notice that everytime i change clothing,where ever it may be- i always have an erection. Or sometimes during the day when ever i get tired & sleepy & i start to yawn? just curious what triggers it,it's not like i get exicted or anything.it just happens

Are you bragging or complaining? Lot's of us would like to be that lucky. It sounds like you are very young or a teen and have a sensitive penis. The older you get you'll be less sensitive in that area.
Much depends on your age. If you are an adolescent, then it could be that it is because of your hormones changing to an adult. If you are an adult, then you should seek a doctor's advice and possibly get checked for an overload of hormones.
