how can i pump my adrenaline up to an immense level.?

Issue
i was recently working (manual labour involving shifting weights) listening to dance music on a short time period, it got my adrenaline through the roof. just wondering if there were any good ways to getyou're adrenaline up with out paying.....no sky diving suggestions please

Best Tip
Fear is the greatest motivater of adrenaline and as Bruce Lee said "Make a freind of fear because it triggers your fight or flight mode and if you make a freind of it you are more focused and able to do things beyond normal exoectations."

Others
Run with the bulls
have lots of sex
Start jumping off smaller objects and get to bigger heights, that should do the trick. I mean just jumping (i.e. without a parachute!) and maybe have some trance music playing of an mp3 player in your ears :D
try keeping you stupid questions inside
first off, adrenaline is a drug and can be just as addictive as drugs you take.. ever heard of an adrenaline junky? there's a reason for that... now that being said.. a good way to get it up with minimal pain and no money is to have someone slap you.. sounds a little psychotic i guess but it'll work.. have them slap you real hard across the face and your body with kick the adrenaline up.. not as much as being scared to death.. but probably enough to keep you rolling for a little while
You have answered your own question.
What are you trying to achieve a premature heart-attack?

Here are two things for you to consider.

A liitle of what you fancy does you good.
All things in moderation.

You can have too much of a good thing.
