Why would you want to do such a stupid thing? If you have to go, then go. It's not causing any permanent damage but soon the front of you is going to be very wet.
Holding too long can cause bleeding and even rupture of your bladder. You don't want that. Also backs urine into your kidneys, and can cause problems there.
