There is a problem with my penis after taking Flovoxamin, Can you help me?

I have taken Flovoxamin for about 10 months and after that there is a problem with my penis's calibre and length. it's normal now but before taking Flovoxamin it has about 4 cm calibre and between 25 to 28 cm length I loved it. what can I do now? Help me please.
