Trying to get a six pack. I still have the last 10 pounds to lose they're almost impossible.? |
Issue Now I'm taking a supplement called TIGHT. Any suggestions? Best Tip seriously.. I'm thin and workout and you can see my abs somewhat but I still have a layer of fat on them you need arobic excersize.. run and bike and a good diet.. it's hard a s h i t I know.. but they say it's all in the diet. also, try doing some sit ups with a weight on your chest to build them up If there bigger they will show through better... Others Just keep on exercising that all I can tell you. |
