Get into a healthier habit of using mouth wash (yes, even those blue-green generic types work) and brush your teeth AND the surface of your tongue before you go to bed and when you get up in the morning! It happens to most people. apparently you are confusing a sneeze with a fart. its because of what you ate. start brushing teeth 3 times a day so this wont happen again. Gingivitis |
