Am I way underweight? |
Issue I'm 16 and I weigh 135 and I'm 6'2. Is this normal and if not how can I put on weight besides beer and protein shakes/bars? Best Tip Don't worry about it. You maybe should gain around 5 more pounds just to even it out? But why would you want to put on weight by drinkign beer and protein shakes/bars. Maybe you should eat like a bag of chips, or light ice cream and then exercise for about 20 mintues so you don't over gain your goal. you might need to gain a little more weight.. but personally i don't think you are underweight. exercise and eat!! you might just have high metabolism too. body mass index (BMI) weight (in kilograms) over height (in meters) normal is 19-24 thats the average weight.nothing to worry about |
