I've had a clogged ear, due to wax. And i got Tinnitus constant hiss. will it never go away?

i already had tinnitus but it was the kind that only rang a couple of seconds once in a while througout the day. but after my ears got so clogged with wax 2 days ago, and i tried putting some ear removal kit drops...i started getting a strong hiss in my ear the next day. Today is less than yesterday but it's constant. I thought, "hey maybe it's because my ear is clogged that i hear this ring" but then today my ear suddenly poppped and got unclogged, but i stil hear the ring.

Best Tip

My ears got so clogged that nothing I could use cleared them. Went to a doctor and he unplugged them and told me to use an ear syringe to wash them out with frequently to keep them from clogging. Showed me how, so I do that now. The ringing I always have had, maybe too much shooting guns and flying in small airplanes with LOUD engines and no ear plugs have ruined my hearing.
