How do you manage getting on with life happily (most of the time)? |
Issue I know everyone has troubles, but I really get so stress out about everything. I have debts; it is hard to get to last moth and so on... but how do you cope? Best Tip just take everyday as it comes, good or bad, we all have them, some days we worry more then othe days but you just have to get on with it, life is too short, you'll be dead long enough!! Others just have to get through it. the occasional doob dont hurt either ;) Good Food Lots of Beer Lots of Sex . ...and no arguments !! you sing...." always look on the bright side of life "......you have to live in hope, that one day it will all be right........hang on in there pet....... fitness and working out helps to relieve stress! try it and don't focus on the bad. after your work out, life will feel so much better and lifted off your shoulders, literally. good luck learning because everyone has problems! just don't let your problems eat you up. I say a quick prayer, and help myself realize that not everything is within my power. At the end of the day, I say thanks for having my life, my health, and all of my limbs intact. Usually grounds me quite well, and gives me something to be thankful for and happy about every day. If you have debts go to the citizen advice bureau they have debt counsellors that can help you. Try to plan things and plan nice things to look forward to. Good luck |
