Issue Why do i not get any feeling when i orgasm.I used to? Best Tip Sorry to hear that luv! Apparently there is a difference between orgasm and ejaculation. Some guys can have orgasm without ejaculation (which enables them to keep going or having multiple orgasms) and others can ejaculate without a real orgasm feeling. My man is like that (on both counts): 1) When he ejaculates WITHOUT orgasm, he is able to continue until he reaches his orgasm. 2) When he orgasms WITHOUT ejaculating, he can also continue to have sex until he finally has the final orgasm/ejaculation (the "mother load"). But if you NEVER achieve orgasm, I suggest you talk to a doctor or sexologist... Your problem could be psychological and/or emotional, or it could be physical, although I would bet my "honey" that it's a psychological barrier. Or it could be you're just "bored" with sex; sometimes guys and girls can go through a phase where sex seems not as fun as it used to be, and so the pleasure of sex is reduced, sometimes to the point of no orgasm at all!
