hey thomas! for you and others dying to know the answer to this age-old question, there isn't just one. the remedy i would advise you to try is this: TOOTHPASTE!!!! yep, the regular, pasty kind, not gel. it really dries out the pimple in just a day or 2. but, to begin with, get a routine together for Cleansing every day and nite and in between, if possible(reg. Noxzema is good). and NO HOT WATER! more COLD than warm is best. use an Astringent after wards to clean out your pores and any excess 'grime' (Witch Hazel or Alcohol are super cheap). you should Exfoliate at least once a day(St. Ive's is good and cheap). use a light moisturizer after each cleansing (baby lotion is good--keeps baby's skin soft & supple). try that out for a week or 2 and let me know how that works for you. remember, your toxins have to come out first before you see the flawless results!! good luck!
