Not all girl's like oral sex it is down to personal preference, and oral sex can be quite personal so is best done in a loving relationship. If you go round ask strange women if they like or what to have oral sex you are likely to get a smack in the mouth. You will never get very far in life asking a complete stranger that, it is not going to get you a girlfriend. If you do want to practise oral sex with a girl then you are best to wait for a steady girl as STD can be passed round very easily during oral sex and you could end up with all nasty things round your mouth. If you are old enough to preform oral sex then you are old enough to be respectful of women.
