whats the best chest exercise from experience?

using a weigths bench..

ok i train 3 or 4 times aweek so here gos.bench press with barbell will add mass and strength same 4 dumbell press which will give u more stretch slightly.allternate between the 2 ok.also incline bench press 4 the upper chest is gd,smi th machine is gd 4 this also if u dont have a spotter.flys are great exercise 4 the stretch as are pec deck ones again u have 2 alternate them because if u stick 2 the same movements week in and week out ur body will get used 2 it and wont grow any more.i know more but stick 2 the babsics here 2 add mass ok.when ur more advanced put some cables and dumbell pullovers in.ok one thing more well 2 lol.dont be a hero in the gym with 2 much weight and cant push it u could injure urself so lighter weight and build yaself up yea so train dont strain.good luck :)

otherwise bench press
Reclined chest press if you have a weak or bad back as I find it keeps it better supported.
Pec Deck - Works your whole chest including the inside of it which most bench press routines miss.
Take up (if possible) wall climbing or rock climbing. it has reduced my man-boobs to nothing and given me plenty of upper body strength.
cant beat press ups but i like flys on a bench
