Issue weight 145lbs. its been sevral years since i have not gained or decreased any weight. physically i dont look like i am underweight but i do feel that being between 140 to 145lb is pretty skini. I eat alot of meat. vegetables, cereals etc but still no increasement in weight. is this only me or there are few that weight same as me? and what other technics can i do to gain weight? be generous dont leave bad comments! thanks. If you are 5'9 and have an average frame I think you should set a goal to gain about 15 pounds. sounds to me like you are a healthy man with good eating habits. if you are really concerned, you might consider seeing your physician. they can do a thorough exam to be sure everything is okay...maybe you have a thyroid condition that really keeps your metabolism reved up. do you lift weights or do weight bearing exercise? these will help build muscle mass. Relax, you're only about 5 lbs. under anyway. |
