Third, They do make the nice adult size underpants and diapers if you are having a temporary issue. Fourth, I dont think that I would wear them all day for oder and comfort reasons. Your body needs to breath....you skin is your bodys biggest organ. If it is just a fettish then.....mmmmmmmmmm, I would seek out counsel.
