Issue best cure for a hangover, i hadn't had a drink for a month until last night? Best Tip Abstinence from alcohol totally and completely! I'm too old to deal with the aftereffects like a hangover so I just stopped it. I therefore don't have the hangovers any longer. This may sound like dumb advice at this time but as you get older it may be your only option, trust me. Others Lot's of sleep and water. Can of Irn Bru, packet of salted crisps and a banana. A proper English or Irish breakfast. With all that grease and stuff it's the best cure ever! good ole fresh air if that fails try some resolve it always works for me best cure is to not drink for two months !!!! sugars are good so drink apple juice or orange juice also bread and a hell of a lot of water. Even if you throw it up keep on eating and drinking the sooner it will get all out of your body. Take a pain killer with caffine like excedrine if you have to go to work otherwise try to sleep. |
