in order to stop being hurt?

Issue
if you're a super sensitive person - what do you do when someone takes it out on you. i'm talking about the exact time when this is happening & the emotions you're experiencing. what do you say to yourself

(and the situation is not such that you could escape from it)

thanks

Best Tip
Just try to keep yourself smiling and happy. That person is probably jealous of something you have. Just tell that person to leave you alone. Remember, violence doesn't solve anything: so just talk to them about what their problem is. Or just hang out with someone that you like and trust.

Others
Tell yourself that you are better than they think, or how they treat you. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.
Tara's right.

break down
or
shut down
Think to yourself I am better off being me!

Or say "DO YOU KNOW WHAT I AM A SENSTIVE PERSON AND I STRUGGLE WITH THIS"!

I expect it is because you are senstive that people or a person is leaning on you. say what you feel.
Tell your self that the person is upset at the situation and not you. That you have done nothing wrong and the shouting and anger is not directly being attributed to you.
