What mental illness does this person have?

First of all I'm really bored and asking random questions, so this does not relate to me. Got this idea somewhere else in a restaurant.

Anyway this person would blurt out of the blue stupid stuff like "i'm hungry" I'm cold, I'm in love I'm pregnant even though they aren't.

What's the mental illness?

One blurt illness is Turets, but they usually blurt curses, not just every day phrases.
it's pretty hard to tell from this. It could be some kind of obsession or hypochondria, but it might not mean anything as well. The person might be just playing with others or draw attention... and his mental state might be ok.
tourrettes syndrome.

as a side note... if you have watched "deuce bigalow ace gigolo", one of deuce's clients has the syndrome and he takes her to a baseball game and she starts cursing.... and he curses along with her... pretty cool the way he handled the situation
