Issue is it common to have aching arm pain in both arms, shortness of breath, and slight chest pains with anxiety or stress? i dont evenm feel particularly stressfull though and its been going on for almost 2 weeks. had EKGs, bloodwork, andCT scans done and everthign was ok. arent these signs of a heartattack? btw im 22/f 107 lbs Best Tip Take the Homeopathic Remedy BRYONIA ALBA 30 and ARNICA MONTANA 30 thrice a day half hour before meals and you'll be feeling okay in a matter of days without any side effects or complications. Take Care and God Bless you ! Others Sounds like it to me. Go to the emergancy room and tell them this quickly! self I'm not sure about your case, but I know that panic attack does have some of these symptoms - dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath. Some people do think that they were having an heart attack. If after you have gone through all the physical checks and they are all normal, then perhaps you would like to see a psychologist/psychiatrist? I wish you find the cause soon but meanwhile be relaxed? I know it is very very hard to believe that the physical symptoms are caused by stress---and if you fear a heartattack, you should go to the ER having said that, anxiety disorder and panic discorder can cause a lot of physical symptoms that one would think have nothing to do with stress. the likelihood at your age of having heart trouble at your age and weight is pretty slim. try this. Go somewhere quiet, a favorite room in your house, lay quietly and breath gently, in to a four count - 1-1000, 2-1000, 3-1000, 4-1000 and then do the same out 1-1000 etc to a 4 count. Then after breathing out 4 counts hold your breath 4 counts. In 4counts, out 4 counts, hold 4 counts. It increases the carbon dioxide in your bloodstream and reduces stress and anxiety. If you are hyperventilating you will experience a myriad of symptoms. And yes, chest pain, arm pain, shortness of breath can all be anxiety related - even if you are not in a stressful situation at that moment. It is hard to understand but a person with anxiety or panic disorder can be sitting watching TV, happy, content and suddenly they will experience such fear or terror for no apparent reason. Once you fully believe you do not have a physical ailment, it is much easier to handle and conquer the stress and anxiety. Years of dealing with this same dang thing! If you weren't mentioning anxiety i would recommend neurological exam and CT. But most probably, it's caused by a mental condition, like you're overworked, stressed, of suffering from mild depression. Or you could have one of the anxiety disorder. it's no fun to play with, i suffer from it too, and while you can cope it, seek councelling as soon as possible. they will try their best to diagnose your problem correctly, and treat it. |
