How can I stop daydreaming ALL THE TIME? |
Issue I am almost constantly daydreaming or thinking about SOMETHING, and it's affecting my sleep, and my school!! Best Tip I do it alot when I have lack of sleep. You can try going to bed early so you know you'll fall asleep by or near your usual bedtime or something. Sometimes you just really have to consentrate on what's happening right now or get something to keep you focused on what you're doing. {Such as tapping a pencil on your notebook or something so the noise keeps you from daydreaming so much.} That's all I can think of. Hope it helps. Others sorry i dont know how to help but i have this problem too. it really disrupts my sleep. x鈾 Try joining a sports team. I recognize this is a serious problem. It needs a serious answer, so I suggest you study Zen Buddhism. You see, the purpose of this method is to be PRESENT at all times. |
