my world feels like it doesn't matter to anyone, i no i'm on a depression slide but nothing is bringing me out |
Issue it's part of the bipola, but i am frightened of being all alone.... my friends are all taking different paths. even my own family feels at a distance, what can i do to stop this feeling i've tried all my safe spots for reassurance... but its not helping Best Tip You need to talk to a close family member, or friend, if you can't then call a therapist or phsychiatrist to talk, read a book, take a nap, listen to the radio, do anything positive that will take your mind off the problems you are experiencing. You have to remember that this is only temporary.See your doctor or counselor...maybe they can help. You mention other people a lot in your question. Maybe you should stop depending on others to make you feel better? Get involved in some type of volunteer work. Helping others who are in need not only makes ones life feel rewarding and worthwhile, it also often shows us how fortunate we really are. Everybody is bi-polar now days. What's up with that? Everyone has mood swings. It's normal. get some exercise go outside do something nice for someone visit an old person who is all alone, every day I think the most important thing is that you are still alive, remember that! Life is just a game, so have fun and get out there and play. I know that might sound very generalized.... but truly just do everything you can to improve yourself, so you can be the best that you CAN be. People will come and go through out your life, that's just the way it is, don't let it get you down. Because the real true friends will always be there for you, and to be honest you dont really need the ones that aren't real and true anyways.
