How to handle stress? |
Issue I stress very easily. When I get stressed, i'm fustrated, annoyed at the world, grouchy, and moody. URRGGHHHH... HELP! Hold that breathe for 7 seconds and then release it through your mouth to the 7 second count. I hope it works for you. If it doesn't feel like its doing much, repeat at least 3 times.
