do u have troubles to sleep? |
Issue i have 3 years ago, maybe i had to study at night after work, i dont know... i give up taking xanax, i even get worse with that... now i only sleep a midle 5 hours a day...when i slept before 8 or 9 hours... its terrible! Best Tip if worrying is what keeps you awake, meditating or praying can help you quiet your mind, enabling you to fall asleep sooner. or maybe try playing some soft music while trying to fall asleep.You may be suffering from OSA, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, consult your doctor and ask to be checked for it.. no im not weird and i dont have troubles wetting the bed.... maybe u have a lot on ur mind? or ur restless when u sleep, like ur body starts aching, or ur legs start to feel weird... do you get any of that? i personally sleep very very very very well! i sleep like a rock nothing wakes me up.... only when im really stressed, excited or depressed do i have trouble sleeping. Hi, I used to have troubles to, but instead of taking hardcore pills i tried herbal ones. These relax you before you sleep instead of knocking you for six. The ones i take consist of valerian root, hops, chamomile, passion flower, cacium and magnesium. I find they do the job perfect :) Zanax is a very habit forming drug, alot of time people do not relax enough before they lay down to sleep, maybe you need to take an hour before bed time and relax and clear your mind??? |
