Best Tip yes, they have the right to refuse medical treatment, that also includes their medications Others no because they are not in control of their lives. many have someone that have power of attorney so they cant make any life risky decisions on their own. I dont think so because people addmitted to a mental hospital have been rendered unfit to make decisions and live their normal lives- which include the decisions to tkae the medication or not Yes, unless they are declared incompetent by a court of law. No, not if they're committed, assuming it was not a self-commitment. yes They can not refuse medications if they are currently committed to a psych hospital |
