i feel so preoccupied at the moment with my mental health and and where ilive? |
Issue im trying to get outta where i live which i feel is noisy and disruptive, and threatenin, i live in a small flat. plus im trying to get the right treatment for my low moods high anxiety, and anger towards people. and i feel trapped where iam, like im stuck and trapped and never gonna get out of it. i stay in all the time because of my anxiety and i have panic attacks, an it feels like the walls here are closing in, in my little dark flat, i can hear noises of other people round and about and through my flat walls, bvecause they are only thin, anmd this really bothers me and distressess me anyone no wat the deal is? or how to handle it? Best Tip You should go outside, get some exercise, and find a good psychiatrist. I really think the outside and exercise would help, though. Others Adopt a pet from the Humane Society, especially an active dog. Looking after the dog will be a full time responsibility that you will no longer have time to dwell in your thoughts. Plus you get the exercise that your body needs and the loyal and all-accepting love of a dog. Peace be to your heart and soul, Stage Fright. You need some drugs. When anxiety or depression starts to dominate your thoughts it's time to get some therapy or medical treatment. The feeling of hopelessness about your flat is another sign that you have anxiety or depression that needs looking after. The best place to start is with your general practioner because anxiety and depression can be caused by any number of things. About the flat, I understand that noisy neighbours are a pain in the neck but you have things you can do. You can complain to the landlord, you can see if your city has by-laws on noise levels and make a complaint or move to an apartment you know will be quiet. The fact that you feel "threatened" makes me think the best option might be to move. Medication and cognitive behavioral therapy are the standard treatment for agoraphobia and anxiety. See a good psychologist if you want to live better. i live in the f--king ghetto. try going to a nice neighborhood and chill at the park there. |
