Rubber Band method?

I thinking of trying a rubber band method. I have anger isses and i getting help but just not fast enough i gonna get anger classes this month but i don;t know when? I got in a fight last we cause of my temper and i think i could've walked away. but i did'nt and i got suspended. so do you guys think this rubber band on my wrist will work till i get help or should i just take pills? if pills what kind?

(solomon and his hair) Do not take pills u will get addicted it to. u can start trying to be a good citizen as u r in a society. with ur anger people will not respect u. label u in different ways like they will suspend u. do not think of changing bad people whom u have no control over. U have control over urself. u r still a lad. u can change urself. u r in ur hands.

How to control ur temper is just as I told u sit in one place relax, close ur eyes. keep soft music next to u listen to it for five minutes think of good things. U will be alright when u pass out this adosocent age. u will laught at urself for having written all this on yahoo etc. develop cool nature. for which u have to understand urself.

You might try it. I hope it helps. Something I have used is a journal that I write in - When I get angry - I write it out - I take all my anger and funnel it into that journal. Good luck with getting this under control.
If the anger management classes don't help you may need medication. Try to think before you behave violently. You are only hurting yourself.
and the rubber band does.... what? cut the blood flow off from your hand??
Anybody can fight, but not anybody can walk away, and apparently you need to walk away, and this will have to be learned. No rubber band or pills will work for you. Well pills could help, but you should consult your Dr as to what kind to take. What is better then a rubber band or taking pills ...is a change of heart or attitude. It's a lot easier to change it now while you have a little freedom then it would be trying to change it behind bars.
play tennis ..pretend the ball is the person or thing you are angry with..and you will hit the ball with aggression and get it out of your system..Works great...relieves stress...
