How bad is it when you start to...? |
Issue How bad is it when you start to have full conversations with your self(Like asking your self something the answering what you just asked, or just thing about something and then you talk to your self on what you think about what ever it is, wile the hole time your talking out loud, and you talk to you self about it for about 5-10 mins)? Best Tip Only for 5-10 minutes is OK. that will increase ur self confidence. Mind u - ur answering doesnot mean that others answer u in the same way. So while talking give positive suggestions. that will give u lot of confidence. talking to urself if it goes for hours that u are not OK. Others I actually do that... I think it's okay because it's more like a catharsis than anything crazy (or what society would deem as crazy, which is subjective, anyway). It's always better to say your emotions out loud... it's basically what you're thinking in your head, but you're just voicing it. *shrugs* What's so bad about that? hey! i do that too! Your not alone I do it too! I try not to do it around town because people will say that you are crazy. But in reality a lot of people do it. It is consouling for me. It helps me out on making a better decision by weighing the pro's an con's of things. lol! Hugs! Von Many of us do it...your not nuts! |
