Issue i cant have sex now till some months cos i am far from my partner Best Tip It depends on your beliefs. If you don't have anything against it - masterbation is one way for relief. If you are against that - then I would suggest chocolate and lots of activity. If you keep yourself active - it won't cross your mind as much.
