Issue Ok so I keep doubting myself socialy. Like i start out in situations fine, but then doubt just takes over slowly and then i cant think of anything to say because i start dismissing everything as lame. where is the problem here? Best Tip Develop and gain the habits of being strong, confident, and self-reliant. Involve yourself in public speaking, mingling with people, and ascertain your presence in all gatherings. Be More Extrovert than Introvert. Try to keep cordial relations with one and all. Try to see men as Men, and ladies as LADIES, instead of just as SEX objects. Try to control your smoking / drinking / drug habits, if you have any. Too Much Excess of anything will just ruin you whole. Even breathing exercises and little yoga (from proper instructors / guides), or sincere prayer may help you. Always SMILE, and pass on the smile on others faces. Others dont ask on here people are assinine. b confident and just say what ur thinking or wat u were gonna say. If you have a feeling you have a problem then you do have a problem. Do not think of it as lame because it is keeping you from possibly doing something you enjoy and from being around people. Ask yourself why are you doubting yourself so much and try and get at the root of the problem. You may want to talk to a therapist about it and see what they think. Feel good about you first and all the other stuff will happen naturally. Good luck hon!
