Motivation Issue?

Issue
Over the past 6 months I have lost my job, decided to leave my husband and move overseas. My problem is that I cannot motivate myself to do the necessary things to progress my decisions. I do not sleep very well and my eating habits have declined. How can I get out of this rut I seem to have gotten into?

Best Tip
keep focus and keep going even if it does go slow take care of yourself and don't hurry life but reach your goals

Others
I do have some good advice, at some point you should have a moment of strentgh, tell your friends about your problem, have them force you to go out, to do something when you are too bored or apathetic or weak to do anything. We all need people, no one does anything on his/her own. Its an american lie. Although, I do think there is a point where you need to make a decision and do something on your own, but it all begins with help from others!
Experience
Stop waiting for the feeling of motivation and just do it. Sounds simple, but you need to commit yourself to doing what's necessary instead of waiting for inspiration to strike.
If you can't commit, perhaps you need to rethink your plans.
Meanwhile, commit to eating healthy meals and get some exercise.
Find a hobby that you enjoy and do it OR get depression meds from the doctor
I don't think you are in a rut, I think you have a serious mental condition. Please go to a psychiatrist. I think you are trying to escape your reality with fantasies and if you actually do go through with these incredible ideas (moving overseas, leaving your husband) you will find yourself in a country alone, with no support, and realize your problems followed you across the Atlantic ocean. Please go see a doctor before you do something you might regret in the long run.
Seek God and he will prevail........
