What do you do when you find that you just don't care about yourself anymore?

Issue
when you find that you just dont care about what happens to yourself, and you start doing stupid and scary things that could end up putting yourself in really bad prediciments

Best Tip
Do not show yourself the way OUT of the solution!
It is imperative that you talk to someone, maybe a professional counselor.
You can be choosy, but talk to SOMEONE! Keeping it inside will just perpetuate the problem. And good luck, because I have been through the same crapola and it is not pleasant at all.

Others
You need to get laid.....a lot.

You could always take the "easy" way out. Or do something a little better, seek professional help. If you are asking this question for yourself, you obviously still care or you wouldn't be asking. Start with talking to a doctor, friends, family or whoever will listen.
You need to find out what it is you like about yourself and focus on your good qualities. You should surround yourself with friends that will realize when you're in a self-destructive situation and that will encourage you to make the right decisions. Start going out of your way to do good things and help other people. This will build your self esteem and you'll realize that you do matter, to yourself and others.
