If you hold a happy feeling all day long; then can you rid your bad feelings?

Issue
If you hold a happy feeling all day long; then can you rid your bad feelings?

Best Tip
As my Mom always said......"Fake it until you make it"

Others
Best to accept both and go along with whatever arises.
The only way to rid yourself of bad feelings is to replace them with good feelings. However if you are decieving yourself, thinking good thoughts that are equally irrational as your bad thoughts, they will always return.
Keep yourself grounded with truth. Review in your mind the things you have found to be unequivocably true. From there it is easier to keep a good, hopeful attitude. You can be honest with yourself about things that are negative, keeping your hope alive if you focus on the good truths instead of the bad truths.
You cannot eliminate feelings whether good or bad, period. You can learn to accpet them and live with them and this can go a long way and make you very powerful, but you can't just turn some of them off and not the others. And trust me, from personal experience trying to run away and block out bad feelings is a really good way to lose yourself, don't go that route.
You will have good feeling all the time if you know you are going to Heaven.

Jesus is waiting to welcome us to Heaven. Devil is waiting to torture us in Hell. Make a good choice for yourself whom to follow. Jesus loves us and died to save us humans. And whoever believes in Him will be saved. To-day is the day for salvation. Best wishes! (Please visit: www.spiritlessons.com)
