My sister is 10 and is crazy!! Help!!?

Issue
My sister is 10 years old and was diagnosed with OCD years back. The doctor has her on two different Meds for Anxiety and OCD. It doesn't help. She has fits no matter where she goes! Any ideas?

Best Tip
Just be there to support her. Learn about her issues, what things bother her, what rituals she "needs" to do - and help her. Telling her to be quiet or get over it is like telling a blind person to put on glasses - it doesn't help - it's not something that can be "Cured" - only "Treated". OCD will always be there, it's how you teach yourself to deal with it in order to function in society - and you can't teach yourself anything effectively if people make you feel like there is something wrong with you....

Others
Most 10 year olds are, so what's your point.
take her back to the doctor or to a different doctor. the thing is with anxiety medications and medications of the like, they dont always work for everyone.

generally you have to attempt a few medications before you find the right one.
tell her to be quiet don't pay attention and she will realize no one cares and then stop
Poor kid. I feel bad for her. I have had OCD since I was a kid, but not that bad. I grew out of a lot of it. When you say fits, I don't really know what you mean. Here is some info on OCD:

Try being the big sister that you would like to have.
Maybe a better diet or good example would help. If its mental and not controllable, I don't think there's much to think about.
